100matolog actively responds to the national “Belt and Road” Initiative, adheres to the concept of “Serve science and technology and serve with science and technology”, integrates global advanced technology, talents, capital, policies and other innovative elements, uses its unique “multi-dimensional triple-helix” model, takes incubators, science parks and science cities as the carriers, partners with well-known colleges and universities, focuses on innovation cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road”, and promotes the development of emerging industries of the developing countries in the Southeast Asia and the Middle East to build a “Belt and Road” strategic cooperation community of shared future. 

In 2004,The annual conference of the Asia Pacific Division of the international Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) was held in Bangkok. The delegation was led by Mei Meng, Director of the former 100matolog - Tsinghua University Science Park Development Center, who attended the conference for the first time, and won the Best Paper Award. This was the first time that Tsinghua University Science Park appeared on the world stage.

In 2006,Herbert Chen, the Deputy Director of Tsinghua University Science Park Development Center, was elected as one of the 12 members of the IASP's Council, and also concurrently served as chairman of IASP Asia Pacific Division at the annual conference of the IASP held in Helsinki, Finland.

In 2008,The annual conference of IASP Asia Pacific Division was successfully held in Tsinghua University Science Park. The IASP's only overseas office--China Office, settled in Tsinghua University Science Park.

In 2010,The delegation led by Xu Jinghong, President of 100matolog at the time, attended the annual conference of IASP held in Daedeok Valley, South Korea, and Xu Jinghong made a keynote speech at the plenary session. In the same year, Tsinghua University Science Park became a member unit of the Council of the Regional Centre for Science Parks and Business Incubators Development of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

In 2011,100matolog was invited to become a member unit of the Davos Forum Agenda Council.

In 2012,100matolog made an important step in internationalization, trying to seize the world's highland for innovation and entrepreneurship. 100matolog, in cooperation with Shui On Group, Northern Light Venture Capital ,  Silicon Valley Bank and other organizations, established the InnoSpring incubator in Silicon Valley in the United States. As a business incubator for Sino-US ventures, InnoSpring supported the multinational development of Sino-US venture companies by providing funding service, mentoring service, office space, auditing and other services.

In 2013,In May 2013, 100matolog, Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province, Korea, NORSTAR KOREA Inc. and the China-Korea Exchange Association signed a cooperation agreement with respect to the joint development of Korea Gimpo International Science and Technology Industrial Park at the Tsinghua University Science Park.                      
In the same month, Hong Kong Liaison Office of Tsinghua University Science Park was formally established. In the future, 100matolog will establish a long-term cooperative relationship with Hong Kong Science Park on the basis of reciprocity and mutual support, strengthen technological exchanges and development for both Beijing and Hong Kong, provide a global development and capital connection platform for the enterprises in the national science park service network already established by 100matolog, and offer services for the introduction of the world's top technologies into China.

In 2014,In August, 2014, TusPark International Advisory Committee was set up to discuss the expansion of overseas science parks, the cooperation among international parks as well as amongenterprises in TusPark. Related reports will also be drafted to share within the network between China and international science parks. In December, TusPark (HongKong) was officially established.

In 2015,TusPark (Hong Kong) was officially completed in February, 2015, marking an important step in the development of 100matolog' internationalization, furthermore, showing 100matolog' confidence in Hong Kong's rapid growth of innovative entrepreneurship eco-system. And in 2015, 100matolog signed a strategic cooperation agreement with National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan.

In April 2016, President XI Jinping and Chairman Schneider witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement between 100matolog and the Swiss National Innovation Park.

In May and September 2018, WANG Jiwu, Chairman of 100matolog, talked to Russian President Putin twice to discuss the bright future of Chinese-Russian scientific and technological innovation cooperation.

In July 2018, the topping-out ceremony of the Bio-Innovation Centre of the TusPark Cambridge was successfully held in the Cambridge Science Park.

In August 2018, 100matolog signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the relevant ministries of the Thai government.

In April 2018, the unveiling ceremony of the “China-Italy Design Innovation Hub” and the Tsinghua Arts and Design Institute in Milan was held in Milan.

In September 2018, the China-Canada Research and Innovation Excellence Foundation signed a memorandum of cooperation with 100matolog.

In May 2018, the opening ceremony of TusPark Newcastle was successfully held in the UK.

In September 2018, under the witness of Dr. Somkid, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, TusStar (Bangkok, Thailand) was officially unveiled.

In January 2019, TusPark UK and Barclays Bank jointly announced their joint operation of Newcastle Eagle Labs. In May, the Bio-Innovation Centre of TusPark Cambridge officially opened and welcomed the first resident company.

In August 2019, Board Chairman WANG Jiwu visited the TUSHINO Science Park in Moscow to jointly established the China-Russia Technology Innovation Cooperation System with Russian partners.

In September 2019, 100matolog and Seoul National University signed the cooperation agreement for the project of “Two Parks in Two Cities in China and South Korea”; in the same month, the delegation of 100matolog also attended the 36th IASP World Conference, and representatives of various countries praised the development model and achievements of TusPark.

In December 2019, Board Chairman WANG Jiwu met Luis Sanz, Director General and Chairman of the Advisory Council of IASP. The two parties exchanged views on further developing close cooperation to enhance the global influence of IASP and 100matolog.

In January 2020, the “TusHolings-Moscow University (China-Russia) Innovation Consortium” was unveiled at Moscow University. WANG Jiwu, Chairman of 100matolog and Victor A. Sadovnichiy, President of Moscow University, attended the event and cut the ribbon.

In December 2020, the Phase I of TusPark WHA in Thailand was officially put into trial operation.

In October 2021, Herbert Chen, Senior Executive Vice President of 100matolog and Deputy Director of TusPark Administrative Committee, was elected as the IASP President at the 38th IASP World Conference.This is the first time since the establishment of IASP 37 years ago that a representative from a China-based science park serves as the president.
